It's Black History Month, and buying from Black-owned businesses is one of the many ways to show your support this month and all year long.

Fayetteville has been known as a hub for Black-owned businesses, and in the recent past has been said to have a higher number of Black-owned businesses per capita than any other U.S. city.

There are too many Fayetteville-area Black-owned businesses to name, and this list of nearly 100 barely scratches the surface.

If you own a business that we missed, let us know by emailing reporter Taylor Shook at tshook@gannett.com.

Here's a look at some of the Black-owned businesses in Fayetteville, Hope Mills and Spring Lake.
