June 28, 2024	Filing 3 ORDER DISMISSING all claims against the District Court as an entity WITH PREJUDICE; all claims against Judges Hillman and Williams are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; DiPietro and/or Murray shall not file any further documents in this Action or any new complaints with this Court that pursue frivolous claims or claims related to or duplicative of those pleaded against any Defendant in this matter, unless the Court gives express permission and approval for same; the Clerk of the Court shall assign any subsequently filed complaint by DiPietro and/or Murray to the undersigned; to the extent that DiPietro and/or Murray files a new action in this Court, the Court may require either and/or both of them to show cause why such claims are not frivolous; to the extent that DiPietro and/or Murray file a new action naming the undersigned as a Defendant, the Clerk of the Court shall assign the action to a different District Court Judge; this Order shall be filed in all pending actions in which Plaintiff is a party FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, including this Action, and all future civil actions filed by DiPietro and/or Murray; the Clerk of Court shall not docket any further correspondence from DiPietro and/or Murray in the Action against any Defendant named or identified in this Action.
