Technocracy + elite political theories = disaster for the healthiness of organizations. Leaders, it’s your decision to call out and actions to make a more equitable future.

As I'm going to school in Stony Brook, I'm especially interested in #malefragility particularly presented on Asian males of Chinese descendent. As a now-sociologist who's studying different international legal systems, and a Chinese born (who had spent a couple years in China), I do not witness the same level of fragility in male egos in the Mainland as opposed to the United States. Comparatively, mainland China gives more support to males- naturally because of the political setting and societal norms. So it's interesting to find out their fragility score is actually higher than supposed - even if they pretend well. The U.S. gives support to white males but not enough to Asian males culture-wise, despite Asian Americans are out-earning white males in wages. They have a dominating presence in #STEM instead of humanities and social sciences, but that doesn't mean their fragility score is low. Putting Europe, Africa and other areas of the world aside, I found a statistical relation between how "STEM" they can be, and how "fearful" they are afraid to find out they are something others may find they are not (definition of an imposter) - the more knowledge they learn, the less insecurities they obtain. But as knowledge base increases, the level of fear also increases as the uncertainty of more knowledge that's upcoming becomes bigger - they have an insatiate desire to learn but they may feel never enough: sometimes diligent, persistent learning a good thing, sometimes it ruins mental health. In the case when there is a girlfriend of the Chinese male studied involved, he may even feel at a more "false positive" in the confidence level - the girlfriend doesn't change the actual capacities you have in the tech field- not to mention the tech field is a competitive field. Having seen talents globe-wise, I got to learn that the more outstanding a computer programmer's skills are, the more humanistic he actually can be, but the elements of humanities are in constant complicated dynamics with their own egos. They may never find out their ego complex is influencing their proficiency and productivity at work. Managers need to be aware how to mange the egos of vulnerable males who are ultra insecure because of the above described situations. Here, we discussed Asian males of Chinese descendent in the United States in particular, just because of my close observations and these samples are more readily available to me; for other diverse groups, it might be the same. The generalization model needs to be developed with a set of different variables and under the condition that an average #mentalhealth can be expected.

This one I don’t agree with you. #selfrespect is self-made. There are so many men and women who are lonely walkers. I could only speak of women as I am one. #careerlifebalanceJanurary of 2023, I finally decided to move back to the states and started selecting a place to live. #Boston was on my top list. I visited with the wish to find something “elite”, yet I saw more than 2 women walking past me were in tears on the same day- near the area of #MIT. Several days later, nurse Lindsey Clancy who killed her children and attempted suicide got on the news. She is said to have severe depression and other ignored psychosis before she strangled her 3 children. I eventually lived in Cambridge near #Harvard. During December last year, for more than 2 times in a day, I saw along my car ride that there were women on the road driving and crying. Surprise. But I can understand. I often do that on the plane, in taxis. It’s the best place to cry. The traveling view makes one think of the pain. Nobody will notice and the silence fosters security. For someone like me with depression, the belief of things-will-never-get-better just makes me want to die. One big thing that influences my mood is gender equality, women’s position- it is the same as the other Cambridge I lived, in the UK, women always cry, too, I could always hear weeping and sobering from neighbor girls - for relationships, for their rights, for the “saint-and-whor*” nature of women.I know there is grief in all of us. Things are not so good-looking and sometimes there are only ourselves. “#Selfmade” is a term to describe people like us, like me, all alone in my depressive moments and, there is really not much help. I didn’t get what I deserve and yet I was hardworking in all of these years. I don’t just get what I want, I EARN it. My parents didn’t give me what I want, I EARN it. Self-made is a word to describe those with grit. You deserve to be called “self-made”, independent, strong. Without understanding and support, you survived.

Guys. What I advocated is not only Women’s Rights. But something related to Israel-Hamas war. And it’s not always about the leaders. It’s about the people.

The theme is orange! 😎 from Oct to early December, these are not enough representation of what happened. (I'm aware I'm quite edgy on social media but offline time is always great! 😎) I'm so grateful to be the edgy teen in the greater team - but I must express a longer rest of mine is anticipated if we don't sort out some of the important economic challenges and corporate challenges. Winter has come, but in late Autumn I've just spent some perfect couple of days in New York City as well as in Switzerland. These months have been personally transforming. Conferences, though, have been to an end with the encouragement from Aurélie Vache at Data Community- "you can do it!" 💪 we had a pleasant greeting and I'm happy to have attended this last conference of my year. Thank you, Aurelie, and thank you Kimberly for the energy masterclass on Halloween. Allez-y! I know constant sabbaths is better than frequent burnout, so I Hope Everyone Take Care of Yourself! 🧘♀️

2019, as rarely had anyone knew from that time - how unsafe #cryptos are because one of my cyberstalkers showed me “Funds are not SAFU”. Nobody knew what cyberstalking was. Cybercriminals are humans too, of course they can love. Do they truly know whether or not I can reciprocate? In the meantime, the world has rapidly changed with covid-19. In 2020 I started my own blog on the biggest Chinese social platform WeChat and became an influencer in multiculturalism, peace-building, dating and anti-sexual harassment. In 2021, foreigners got too much right and the “colonization”/ “west infiltration” became observable and China published a series of policies unfriendly to the West. I travelled out in the summer and went back to England. By end of 2021 I had my startup team in Asia and on Feb 17, 2022 company was incorporated in Singapore. https://lnkd.in/gC5DExjPIn 2022, Russia-Ukraine war was declared. Their problem from many years ago was not solved. FTX collapsed and Sinophobia exploded (stories such as 5 EU/US executives travelled to Asia ending up sleeping with the same Shanghainese girl, were told to their wives and this kind of thing was the major reason why “Sinophobia”) I’m also sinophobia, because traditionally straight girls thought I was the same as them. I am different, not only in sexuality, but in lots of other ways. In “Triangle of Sadness”, I sided Yaya. At the end scene. Yaya was still saying: Abigail you know, I really want to help you- maybe you could be my assistant or something. Abigail at that time was holding a stone from her back ready to attack. The actual actress, model, from South Africa, died in New York City due to sudden illness- bacterial sepsis, just a few months after the film got famous. In December 2022 I was watching this film at a cinema in Switzerland. 2023, as well as 2022, 2021, 2020, I have had different health issues and had to live 2.25 months in hospital during 2022. When I had a surgery in 2020, I woke up and thought I almost died. Crying, I told myself (and my best friend in California at that time) that I would have my own family and children, I will take care of myself.. In 2021 I had different skin rashes and immune system problems. In 2022 I had a car accident in Shanghai right before valentine. I was hospitalised from April to June. In 2023 I had to pay constant visits to hospitals again (!) Several days ago inflight movie “Everything in Between” made me anxious about my life again. Liz in the movie had to undergo a surgery that might risk her life. She checked in at the hospital when she found the symptoms of skin rash and met Jay, who attempted to jump off from a cliff. Jay is 18 and Liz is 28. Liz has been on the road since she left home near San Fran. She’s got no one. Except a boy she just met. She didn’t survive from the surgery eventually. Should I return to England this year so I feel a little better? What about the worldwide cybercrime!
